Craig & Rhodes were engaged as the Project Managers and Surveyors for the Denham Court Road Upgrade Phase 2, facilitating the delivery of the future Willowdale estate. This included the construction of two new bridges over the Sydney Catchment Authority water supply canal and the new intersection into Willowdale Precinct 8.
Our Project Managers also delivered the realignment and widening of the existing rural road to urban arterial. This work was inclusive of twin bridges and associated utility relocations. We expertly handled the negotiation and coordination of approvals with OEH regarding heritage sandstone bridge abutments, Water NSW for works within the Upper Canal and protection works of high-pressure Jemena & APA gas mains.
