Craig & Rhodes were engaged to deliver Clydesdale Estate in Marsden Park, a residential community integrated with a heritage-listed estate, including restoration works on one of the original pre-1840s Hawkesbury homesteads, Clydesdale House.

We took advantage of our multidisciplinary expertise, utilising our project management, master planning, surveying, water & wastewater design services. We have expertly managed the complexities of the project to date while coordinating the various consultants and stakeholders in a rapidly changing environment.

Craig & Rhodes demonstrated innovation by utilising our drone capabilities to monitor excavation works in Precinct 4 and to survey flat grades over Precinct 1.

The MetroWater team achieved exceptional engineering ingenuity in designing the customised deep Northern Lead-in Sewer carrier and deep access chambers while seamlessly delivering the overall construction methodology.

Utilising collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Craig & Rhodes were able to document remediation and earthworks in real time.

Craig & Rhodes also coordinated site contamination through a large scale cap and containment strategy requiring EPA licencing. Timelapse imagery and number plate recognition technology facilitated bulk plant movements on-site.

Project Management (Subdivision, remediation, Works in Kind Agreements; heritage, Aboriginal heritage and controlled activity approvals, contractor)
UAV Surveying
Remediation coordination between contamination consultant and EPA accredited auditor
Water and sewer design and coordination, potable water lead in coordination
Council WIKA negotiation and coordination with Council
Heritage management (due to Conservation Management Plan being in place over site) including overseeing heritage VPA commitments, coordination of s60 Heritage approvals
Coordinating approvals and works with multiple clients
