We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team in our Rhodes office.

In this role you will report directly to the Office Manager and undertake a range of duties, including:-

  • First point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors.
  • Assisting with a range of general administrative tasks within the office, such as assisting with preparing documents and tenders, invoicing etc.
  • Assist with general maintenance of the office facilities.

To be considered for this position you will have the following skills and attributes:

Relevant Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
Previous relevant experience in an Reception / Administrative support role.
Intermediate Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well both within a team and individually.
