We can lead negotiations with NSW State and Local Governments around VPAs and WIKs, commercial agreements with Sydney Water, and provide strategic or detailed planning, infrastructure servicing and costing advice for Government and private clients. We regularly perform site due diligence assessments to ensure commensurate returns are made for the risk taken by developers, and can provide the lead for Planning Proposals once site acquisition has occurred.    

We have an excellent network of contacts with Council, Government and Sydney Water, and provide advice to the UDIA Infrastructure Committee as one of its members.
